Please read these warranty & after-sales policy carefully before using YumnaMart

The portal www.yumnamart.in and its corresponding mobile application (collectively, “yumnamart ”). Any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses YumnaMart in any manner (“you” or “ your”) or uses any current or future service or functionality or offer made available on YumnaMart (“Service ”) will be subject to these terms and conditions for use of YumnaMart (“ Terms of Use”), as updated from time to time and such terms, guidelines and conditions as may be applicable to such Service (“ Service Terms”). If these Terms of Use are inconsistent with such Service Terms, the Service Terms will control to the extent of such inconsistency with respect to the applicable Service. These Terms of Use constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using or accessing YumnaMart or availing any Service. By using the YumnaMart or availing any Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.


1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold through YumnaMart are covered exclusively under the brand’s or seller’s own warranty, where applicable. YumnaMart does not offer any independent or additional warranty on any product. The scope, duration, and terms of the warranty are determined solely by the respective brand or seller. Customers are encouraged to review the warranty card or terms provided inside the product packaging.

2. Warranty Responsibility

The complete responsibility for honoring warranty terms, providing repair services, arranging replacements, and handling any technical or functional issues lies entirely with the seller or the brand’s authorized service center. YumnaMart acts only as a facilitator of the transaction and delivery. Under no circumstances shall YumnaMart be held liable for fulfilling warranty claims, arranging service personnel, or covering repair costs.

3. Role of YumnaMart

YumnaMart functions strictly as a delivery service provider. Our role begins when you place an order and ends once the product is successfully delivered to you with an open box delivery confirmation. We do not provide any warranty, after-sales support, technical assistance, or repair services. Any representation to the contrary is unauthorized and invalid.

4. Warranty Period

The warranty period varies depending on the product, brand, or seller. Typical warranty durations (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, 2 years) will be mentioned on the product listing page or in the product documentation. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the warranty period before purchasing. YumnaMart does not extend or modify any warranty period.

5. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, customers must:

5.1. Contact the authorized brand service center or the original seller directly (contact details are usually found on the brand’s website, product manual, or warranty card).

5.2. Provide the original, valid invoice/bill issued by YumnaMart. Invoices must be legible and unaltered.

5.3. Follow the brand’s or seller’s standard claim procedure, which may include product inspection, pickup/drop-off, or online diagnosis.

5.4. Note: YumnaMart will not accept, process, or forward any warranty claims on your behalf.

6. What is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover the following under any circumstances:

6.1. Physical damage after delivery: Including but not limited to cracks, dents, broken parts, liquid damage, burns, or impact damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or improper storage.

6.2. Improper use or installation: Damage resulting from failure to follow the user manual, using incorrect power supply, unauthorized modifications, or installation by unqualified persons.

6.3. Normal wear and tear: Cosmetic deterioration, battery degradation (unless specified otherwise), fading of colors, worn-out buttons, or reduced performance over time due to regular usage.

6.4. Accessories: Freebies, bundled accessories, batteries, cables, chargers, or remote controls unless explicitly covered by the brand.

6.5. Lost or stolen products: Warranty applies only to the physical product submitted for service; lost or stolen items are not eligible.

7. Important Note – Open Box Delivery

YumnaMart follows an Open Box Delivery process. This means:

7.1. You must inspect the product thoroughly at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery agent.

7.2. Check for physical damage, missing items, incorrect model, or visible defects before accepting the delivery.

7.3. If any issue is found, you may reject the delivery immediately.

7.4. After delivery is completed and confirmed, YumnaMart will not be responsible for any product-related issues, including missing components, hidden damage, or functional problems. Such issues must be taken up directly with the brand or seller under their warranty policy.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

By making a purchase on YumnaMart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this warranty policy. You accept that YumnaMart’s liability is limited to delivery only, and all post-delivery product concerns shall be handled by the brand or seller.
