Please read these Return & Delivery Acceptance Policy carefully before using YumnaMart

Welcome to Yumna Mart

The portal www.yumnamart.in and its corresponding mobile application (collectively, “yumnamart ”). Any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses YumnaMart in any manner (“you” or “ your”) or uses any current or future service or functionality or offer made available on YumnaMart (“Service ”) will be subject to these terms and conditions for use of YumnaMart (“ Terms of Use”), as updated from time to time and such terms, guidelines and conditions as may be applicable to such Service (“ Service Terms”). If these Terms of Use are inconsistent with such Service Terms, the Service Terms will control to the extent of such inconsistency with respect to the applicable Service. These Terms of Use constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using or accessing YumnaMart or availing any Service. By using the YumnaMart or availing any Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.


1. Open Box Delivery – Mandatory

All products sold by YumnaMart are delivered using a mandatory Open Box Delivery process. This means:

  • You, or an authorized recipient, must open and inspect the product in front of the delivery person before signing or accepting delivery.
  • You are required to visually check the product for:
    • Physical damage (cracks, dents, scratches, broken parts)
    • Correct model, color, and specifications
    • Completeness of accessories (if applicable)
    • Any obvious manufacturing defects
  • Once you accept delivery, the product is considered fully inspected and approved. After this point, normal returns or replacements will not be permitted.
2. General Return Policy

As a standard rule, returns are not permitted after delivery has been accepted. YumnaMart does not offer change-of-mind returns, exchange for another product, or returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong size, color preference, or accidental order).

All sales are considered final once the Open Box Delivery is completed and confirmed.

3. Exception – Wrong Product Delivered

A return or replacement will only be considered in the following exceptional case:

  • Condition: A completely different product (wrong item) is delivered, which does not match the product ordered by the customer.
  • Verification: The seller must confirm the mistake after reviewing the delivery records and customer complaint.
  • Requirement: The product must be returned in unused, uninstalled, and original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, and the original invoice.
  • Process: The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos or video as proof.

If approved, YumnaMart will coordinate the return and arrange for the correct product to be sent.

4. Damaged Product – At Delivery Time Only

If the product is found visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Immediately inform the delivery person before accepting the product.
  • Do not accept delivery of a damaged product.
  • The delivery person will note the damage and return the product to YumnaMart.
  • You may request a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
5. Warranty (If Applicable)

This return policy does not override the brand’s warranty. However:

  • Warranty only covers functional defects (e.g., product not working, power issues, manufacturing faults) that appear after delivery.
  • Warranty is provided by the brand or seller, not by YumnaMart.
  • For any issue arising after delivery acceptance (e.g., product stops working after 3 days), customers must contact the brand’s authorized service center directly.
  • The original invoice is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Improper use or installation
  • Normal wear and tear
6. Important Note – Finality of Acceptance

By accepting delivery of a product from YumnaMart, you legally agree that:

  • You have fully inspected the product during open box delivery.
  • You found the product to be in good condition, correct, and complete.
  • You waive the right to request a return, refund, replacement, or compensation from YumnaMart for any issue related to the product’s physical condition, correctness, or completeness after that moment.

YumnaMart will not entertain any post-delivery return or refund requests, except in the single case of a verified wrong product (as described in Section 3).

Customer Acknowledgment

I have read, understood, and agreed to YumnaMart’s Return & Delivery Acceptance Policy. I understand that by accepting open box delivery, I am confirming that the product is correct and undamaged, and that no returns or refunds will be possible afterward except for a verified wrong product.
